We are a professional team of plumbing and heating engineers local to Tunbridge Wells. We operate throughout Kent and Sussex and undertake all areas of domestic and commercial plumbing and heating works. This includes installing gas (both natural gas and LPG) and oil heating systems; new boiler installations, boiler maintenance and boiler repair; unvented hot water systems, underfloor heating, upgrading hot water systems general plumbing and maintenance; commercial plumbing and gas installations; and maintenance within commercial buildings.
We are also a Worcester Bosch accredited installer.

Gas Safe and OFTEC Registered
Being a Gas Safe and OFTEC registered business means we will deliver an expert service to you whenever you need it. Our team of skilled professionals can carry out gas (both natural gas and LPG) and oil boiler breakdowns, gas and oil boiler repairs, boiler installations, boiler servicing and disconnection, repair and maintenance of fittings and appliances involving gas or oil.
Gas & Oil Boiler Servicing
Wells Spa Plumbing & Heating are gas and oil specialists. We offer boiler services, whether you have a gas boiler, LPG boiler or an oil boiler on your property. We are official Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers, as well as being accredited by OFTEC - the governing body for oil heating. Our gas services are carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer and our oil services are carried out by an OFTEC registered engineer. We always recommend getting your boiler serviced annually to ensure that it is working as efficiently as possible and to protect your boiler warranty.

Landlord Gas Safety Checks & Servicing
We work with local letting agents and private landlords to carry out annual Landlord Gas Safety checks and oil safety checks and servicing for all boilers and appliances in rental properties. This includes gas, oil and LPG systems/boilers.

Commercial Plumbing and Heating
We also undertake plumbing and heating works within commercial buildings and have experience working in offices, schools, pubs, restaurants and large new build developments. The commercial work we do ranges from the installation of new heating systems through to the maintenance of existing ones.
