Wells Spa Plumbing & Heating are offering three different levels of Boiler Care Plans for your home’s boiler and central heating system: Essential, Premium & Premium Plus.

​​We will provide all materials and labour, dependent on your level of cover, in order to carry out and complete repairs to your domestic heating system in the event of a failure, breakdown or similar occurrence. Our Boiler Care Plans provide access to trained engineers who will attend at the earliest mutually agreed time.

ESSENTIAL
Boiler Care Plan

£10 per month*

  • Annual Boiler Service (incl. Safety Check + Efficiency Check)​

  • Annual Heating System Assessment

  • In guarantee / warranty call out handling

  • 10% labour discount on out-of-guarantee repairs

  • Priority response time as standard

PREMIUM
Boiler Care Plan

£19 per month*

  • Annual Boiler Service (incl. Safety Check + Efficiency Check)​

  • Annual Heating System Assessment

  • In guarantee / warranty call out handling

  • Priority response time as standard​

  • Boiler breakdown (All parts and labour)​

  • Heating system controls

The above Boiler Care Plans are based on gas boilers under 10 years old. We also work with LPG and oil boilers, which are charged at an additional monthly supplement of £3 for LPG and £7 for oil boilers.
