Our Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers are familiar with a variety of gas and oil boiler makes and models. Whilst we are Worcester Bosch accredited we are also experienced with everything from Ideal, Vaillant, Baxi, Glow to Pottertons and more. If your boiler breaks down or develops a fault we advise getting an engineer to assess the problem quickly so you are not left in the cold. Gas Boiler Servicing

Our Gas Safe registered engineers will check that your gas boiler is in good working condition as well as testing the safety and efficiency of your system. A gas boiler service should be carried out annually to ensure that it is working as efficiently as possible and to protect the boiler warranty. Please check our price list for the cost of a gas boiler service.
A gas boiler service consists of the following checks:

Complete a visual inspection of the boiler and all related areas to make sure they adhere to current safety standards

Remove the boiler casing and check the internal components

Check that the spark/sensor probe is clean
-
Conduct a ‘gas tightness test’ to check for carbon monoxide leaks on the gas pipe work

Inspect the boiler flue
-
Use a flue gas analyser to check the boiler is combusting efficiently

Turn the boiler on to check that it is working correctly
-
Issue a boiler service record certificate which details readings and notes any concerns

Take a water sample from the heating system

Oil Boiler Servicing

Our OFTEC engineers will check that your oil boiler is in good working condition as well as testing the safety and efficiency of your boiler. An oil boiler service should be carried out at least annually to ensure that it is working as efficiently as possible and to protect the boiler warranty. Commercial Boiler Servicing
Commercial boiler servicing starts from £150 + VAT. If you would like a commercial boiler serviced please contact us with the appliance details and we can provide you with a cost for the work.
